Logistics

Logistics, one of our largest sectors and a pillar of our business, ensures every step within the supply chain runs smoothly all the way to the end consumer. For our distribution and clients, the logistics sector is a guarantee that goods will be delivered properly to points of sale while maximizing efficiency and minimizing costs – it may sound impossible, but for us, everything is achievable.

Finance

The HR team is responsible for maintaining a high level of organizational efficiency, developing employees and teams, defining succession plans for key positions, and continuously improving organizational health.

Pharmaceuticals is a sector dedicated to building excellent collaboration with doctors and pharmacists in pharmacies. In the Pharmaceuticals sector, we continuously monitor trends in the pharmaceutical industry to ensure the best service for our clients.

Legal Sector

ICT

The ICT sector keeps pace with global digitalization trends every day. We make the daily work of our colleagues easier through fast and accessible information, platforms, and tools. Our SAP Center of Expertise is responsible for the functioning of distribution, logistics, FI&CO, HR, BW/BI, as well as BC modules. In addition, our business requires a great deal of innovation, which is why many of the applications we use daily are developed in-house with the help of our team of software engineers. Our IT colleagues maintain our servers, networks, and databases, ensure the security of our IT data and platforms, and provide ongoing user support through the Help Desk and our Technology Services and Support team.

Strategy & transformation

Strategy & Transformation is our group sector, structured around four key areas. Supply Chain Excellence leads strategic programs and initiatives to improve operations, processes, knowledge, and technology in supply chain operations. Distribution Excellence accelerates the growth of our company and partners through best-in-class Route to Market, an effective and efficient Commercial Policy, as well as business insights from Sales Analysis. The Data & Analytics team ensures we are a data-driven company through the design and implementation of automated reporting and advanced analytics solutions. Our Digital Products team identifies, develops, and implements digital products that enhance customer experience, optimize operations, and create new revenue streams for our company.
