Sales

Sales is a dynamic commercial organization that distributes fast-moving consumer goods for major international brands. In the Sales sector, we serve as the key link between producers (brands) and end consumers, building long-term partnerships with leading brands to jointly develop growth and success strategies in the Adria region as well as in African markets. Sales is our largest sector, generating ideas, innovations, and a winning mindset.

Logistics

Logistics, one of our largest sectors and a pillar of our business, is dedicated to managing every step within the supply chain to the end consumer. Our company operates 10,500 m² of warehouse space, housing products from 24 principals, which are delivered daily to more than 2,900 delivery points. For our distribution and clients, the logistics sector ensures that goods are delivered to points of sale efficiently and reliably, maximizing effectiveness while minimizing costs — it may sound impossible, but for us, everything is achievable.

Strategy & Transformation

Strategy and Transformation is a sector divided into two key areas of work. The first, Quality – focused on establishing, implementing, and improving company systems and processes in the field of quality management, in line with the company’s vision, goals, and strategy. The second, Sales Analytics – ensuring that we remain a data-driven company through the design and implementation of automated reporting and advanced analytical solutions.

Finance

Finance is one of the pillars of our business. We stand side by side with the sales and logistics functions. Within the Finance sector, our colleagues work across financial analysis, accounting, commercial finance, customer service, and procurement.

Legal Sector

The Legal sector is responsible for compliance, advisory and legal support, contracts and negotiations, as well as managing risks within the company.

Human Resources

Human Resources represent the heart of the company, serving as the link between people and business. Caring for people is at the core of our values, and the role of the HR sector is to ensure a motivated and efficient organization, as well as the continuous development of employees. The HR team is responsible for maintaining a high level of organizational efficiency, fostering the development of employees and teams, defining succession plans for key positions, and constantly improving organizational health.

IT

Our IT colleagues make everyday work easier for the team by providing fast and accessible information, platforms, and tools. They maintain our servers, networks, and databases, ensure the security of our IT systems and platforms, and provide daily user support through the Help Desk as well as through Technology Services and Support.

Security

Within the Security sector, we operate in two areas: HSE Security and IT. On one side, Security ensures a comprehensive and efficient system within the company through strategic management, operational control, and continuous improvement of all security aspects: physical and technical protection, fire protection, occupational safety, and information security.
