Sales is a dynamic sales organization that distributes consumer goods for major international brands. In the Distribution sector, we serve as the key link between manufacturers (brands) and end consumers, building long-term partnerships with leading brands to jointly develop strategies for growth and success in the Adria region as well as in African markets. Distribution is our largest sector, generating ideas, innovations, and a winning mindset.
For the past 11 years, I have been working in the sales sector at Nelt, where I have had the opportunity to grow through various challenges and the dynamics of the market. For me, sales is more than just numbers, it is a daily opportunity to build long-term relationships, understand customers’ needs, and provide concrete solutions. Nelt has given me the space to grow into a stable, persistent, and reliable professional, with a clear focus on quality and results.

Supply Chain
The Supply Chain, one of our largest sectors and one of the pillars of our business, is here to manage every step within the supply chain to the end consumer. Our company operates 150,000 m² of warehouse space housing over 10,000 different items, which are delivered daily to more than 10,000 delivery points.
Our sector is the heart of the process that ensures every product reaches the right place at the right time. We love challenges and are constantly improving processes, while the dynamic environment and collaboration with different teams help us learn quickly, build resourcefulness, and strengthen team spirit. Our greatest motivation lies in the fact that we can immediately see the results of our work and know that we are driving the entire organization forward!

Supply Chain Excellence leads strategic programs and initiatives to improve operations, processes, knowledge, and technology within supply chain operations. Distribution Excellence accelerates the growth of our company and our partners through a best-in-class route to market, an effective and efficient commercial policy, as well as business insights provided by Sales Analysis.
We are a team that, through the synergy of knowledge, technologies, and cross-sector collaboration, continuously improves processes, unlocks efficiency, and pushes the boundaries of operational excellence in supply chains and sales.

The Property sector is divided into two areas: managing our existing real estate, purchasing new properties, hospitality, parking services, as well as the investment office, which handles the design and execution of works for new projects and the reconstruction of existing ones. We cover a wide range of activities important for our assets – from large projects lasting several years to small interventions that must be completed within a single day. The environment is dynamic and challenging.

ICT
The ICT sector keeps pace daily with global digitalization trends. We make our colleagues’ everyday work easier by providing quick and accessible information, platforms, and tools. Our SAP Center of Expertise is responsible for the operation of distribution, logistics, FI&CO, HR, BW/BI, and BC modules. In addition, our business demands a high level of innovation, so we often develop the applications we use daily ourselves, with the help of our team of software engineers.
I would describe the sector as a dynamic and connected community—like a big family—where the latest IT technologies are applied, ideas are freely exchanged, and people work together on innovative projects that shape the future of our company.

Human Resources is the heart of the company and serves as the link between people and business. Caring for people is at the core of our values, and the role of the HR sector is to ensure a motivated and efficient organization, as well as the continuous development of employees. The HR team is responsible for maintaining a high level of organizational efficiency, developing employees and teams, defining succession plans for key positions, and constantly improving organizational health.
