Online Testing
If your profile matches the requirements for the position, we'll invite you to online testing (personality and motivation tests) that will help us better assess your personal traits as well as your potential for future responsibilities.

HR Interview
Candidates who make it to the shortlist will be invited to an interview within two weeks at the latest. In this interview, we'd like to get to know you better - and you'll have the chance to ask your own questions, because it's not only us choosing you, but you also choosing us.
